Tributes.. Rare, or tear?

Is it just me, or is Stardoll making awful 'tributes' and loads at a time, do you want us to be skint?..

I've never seen these Tributes, and I think stardoll is trying to waste our money, thinking they're rare.
What are your thoughts?
