Is this REALLY a good offer?

I mean, it's still really expensive, I get 280 sd per month, and This would more or less be all of my money gone, I only like the penthouse and Alpine Chalet, I hate the Beach Villa. :L
Loads of people seem to have them, but in my opinion, it's really not worth it.

    I bought the Alpine Chalet for full price, I'd consider buying the Penthouse if I had the money though(:
